Minoru Yamasaki designed the Arcade of North Shore Congregation Israel in 1964. An esteemed modernist architect based in Detroit, Yamaski is  known for projects as large as the original World Trade Center in New York City, as well as several synagogues throughout the Midwest.  The Arcade stands as a bold, beautiful entry into the worship facility. The white arches create a view that rivals that of the other side, Lake Michigan. Yamasaki's design is the iconic feature of North Shore Congregation Israel, and Bailey Edward is excited to contribute to it.
