Project Summary

Bailey Edward provided design and construction phase services for a 2,700 sq. ft. interior renovation to the third floor of the University of Chicago’s Wieboldt Hall. What was three lecture room spaces has transformed into five offices and three teaching spaces.

The three teaching spaces in the new configuration feature one large lecture space and two smaller lecture spaces. The two smaller lectures spaces are equipped with a modular partition, which transitions the rooms into one large lecture space.
