Project Summary
Bailey Edward provides architectural and engineering services to support major facility renovation projects, repair and maintenance, alteration, and/or new construction projects (including greenhouses, specialized farm buildings and historic buildings) for USDA research laboratory facilities throughout the Midwest Area.
Projects vary in scope from roof repairs and environmental analysis to programming of a laboratory, office and greenhouse research facility. Professional services have included architecture, interior design, space planning, programming, cost estimating, design reviews, value management analysis, MEP engineering, structural engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, incinerator design, bio-hazard analysis and construction administration.
