Bailey Edward Welcomes Two New Employees
Bailey Edward is pleased to announce the addition of two seasoned staff members to our team, Todd Higginbotham, AIA and Sean Noonan, PE.
Todd brings over 27 years of architectural experience in the Central Illinois area to Bailey Edward’s Champaign branch. Many of Todd’s past clients are our current clients, including the General Services Administration, the National Guard and the Illinois Capital Development Board. His higher education expertise has ranged from the remodel and expansion of the McKinley Health Center at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to providing the connecting link between Sangamon and Menard Halls at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois.
“I first learned of Bailey Edward when I toured the recently completed Lincoln Hall project on the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus. I was very impressed by the design, the attention to the original detailing, and achieving LEED Platinum certification in such a historic building,” said Higginbotham.
Joining our newest office in Fox River Grove, Sean Noonan, PE, comes to Bailey Edward with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. He has been working in the field for over six years.
“One of my top priorities on any project is to ensure that the entire project team is on the same page working towards the same goal,” said Noonan.
With a branch office that offers Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering, Sean looks forward to challenging himself with the tempo of their work. Said Noonan, “I was interested in performing engineering activities in a fast-paced industry and applying engineering to enhance the environment in which people live, work and play.”
We are enthusiastic about the abilities and talents of both of our new employees and hope that you have the chance to work and interact with them soon.
