Schnebly & Bailey Earn Associate Designation
Bailey Edward Branch Managers, Kevin Schnebly and Omar Bailey, were promoted to Associates. “In recognition of Omar and Kevin’s superb performance as professionals in their field, as managers of their staff, and as contributors to the financial health of the firm,” stated Managing Principal, Ellen Dickson, “Robin [Whitehurst] and I are proud to announce that Kevin and Omar have earned a promotion to Associates at Bailey Edward Design.” Kevin and Omar join Rhinelander Branch Manager and Associate Principal, Laurie Goscha, in the Associate level at the firm.
Kevin Schnebly joined the firm in 2004. In addition to managing the firm’s Champaign, Illinois branch location, Kevin plays a critical role as Project Manager and On-Site Construction Observer. His project management capabilities transform to position him as a leader and mentor. Kevin travels throughout the State of Illinois and the Midwest to perform inspections to ensure work is at the highest level possible. Kevin is a LEED Accredited Professional and Construction Document Technologist holding various certifications from OSHA and ACI.
Omar Bailey joined the firm in 2007, while managing the firm’s Chicago, Illinois headquarters location, Omar’s role as Project Manager reflects his passion for architecture and the art of building. His insight into the productivity available through the use of BIM transforms into providing superior coordination and accuracy. Omar’s ability to listen intently to users, while maintaining cost, schedule and building integrity is exemplary. Omar is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional holding certifications and memberships with NCARB, AIA and the Building Enclosure Council.
