Covid Response

Story:

Bailey Edward recognizes the growing concern about the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact, we would like to share some details with you about the steps we are taking to protect the health and safety of both our employees and our clients while maintaining our creativity, professionalism, and responsiveness that are integral to our ultimate achievement - taking care of people

In order to maintain continuity, we have enacted the following.

  1. As recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and federal agencies We are encouraging our employees to practice safe hygiene and social distancing and are well-prepared to efficiently perform at client's offices and work-sites as needed.
  2. We have recommended that our employees work remotely until further notice and to stay home if they are sick or exhibiting any symptoms or have come into contact with anyone that is sick or exhibiting symptoms. We have also asked our employees to utilize virtual meeting software whenever possible to limit contact but to continue to offer face-to-face service.
  3. We are confident that our operations will continue and we will be able to maintain a high standard of service. We also recognize that the temporary closing of work-sites, offices and the continued direction from the State and Federal agencies may cause delays to some of our projects. We will endeavor to maintain all of our schedules and will inform clients of possible delays on a one-on-one basis with the intention of bringing any delayed projects back on track as soon as possible.

As a small woman-owned business, our employees and clients are always our main focus. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us and rest assured that we will be here to assist you.
