People | Raymond Dwyer Becomes an Architect
Summer often brings the end of studying for tests and that rings true for Bailey Edward’s Raymond Dwyer, who passed his final Architect Registration Examination (ARE)! The AREs are an exhaustive series of five tests required to become a licensed architect. Raymond’s dedicated hours of studying, practicing and working finally paid off!
Raymond joined Bailey Edward a year and a half ago and plays an active role on our architectural team. As a BIM specialist, Ray’s expertise in the latest architectural technology helps drive the design team forward with accurate documentation and data. You can find him on-site, performing laser-scans of buildings, and in the studio applying new software techniques to help the client visualize designs through life-like imagery. Raymond is excited to step into this new role of increased responsibility.
Raymond received his Master of Architecture at University of Kansas. He is passionate about public architecture and its social impact. He looks to design buildings that help make people’s day to day life easier. With his studies complete, Raymond will use his free time to play guitar and spend quality time with friends and family. Send your congratulations to Raymond here!
