People | Chris Hainer Becomes an Architect
After five exhaustive tests, countless hours of studying and working full time, Bailey Edward is proud to announce that Chris Hainer has passed his final Architect Registration Examination (ARE) to become a licensed architect!
Chris Hainer has been with the firm for six years and is an integral part of the BE team. Chris leads BE’s sustainable efforts and is constantly searching for unique solutions to reduce energy costs through building design. Chris is also an expert with design and documentation tools such as CAD/BIM, 360-degree viewing, and virtual reality software. His use of these programs allow for impressive and accurate imagery to help the client fully experience the designs.
Chris studied architecture at the University of Michigan and received his Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Chris is passionate about sensory design, the relationship between philosophy and architecture, and architectural photography. He is eager to be recognized as a professional in his field and grow further as a practicing architect. Chris is excited to spend less time studying and more time with his wife and daughter.
