It’s the post-holiday slump, it’s still cold out and we’d probably all rather be curled up eating dinner by the fire than venture outside. However, Chicago Restaurant week kicks off on Friday, January 26th! What better way to lure someone outside than discounted meals at the hottest restaurants in Chicago? Featured this year as a first-time participant and mentioned by The Eater Chicago is Bailey Edward client, HaiSous.
HaiSous is a Vietnamese restaurant located in Pilsen that earned the designation of Bib Gourmand in 2017. Bailey Edward’s engineers worked with HaiSous in 2015 to build out their restaurant. Bailey Edward provided HVAC, electric and plumbing services for the 7,500 square foot restaurant, as well as coordinated with the landlord of the building to review drawings and sketches, identify issues and modify completed permit drawings.
HaiSous was listed by the Chicago Tribune as one of the top restaurants to open in Chicago, and is currently taking reservations for Chicago Restaurant 2018.
